Hi, we are Sabrina & Bas from the Netherlands. Our new home and business is called Bar ¡MUCHO! We are a new bar, outdoor lounge and campervan area in Pinoso, Alicante, Spain. You come to us to experience the beauty of the Spanish countryside. We think our local products are amazing and deserve to be put in the spotlight. At Bar ¡MUCHO! you will taste the best Pinoso and surroundings have to offer. Why Bar ¡MUCHO! At first, we wanted to call our place “Finca Los Figos”. Finca, as we are in a really rural location with lots of ground. Figos, as we have 5 beautiful Fig tree on our property. Turned out, Figos is not a Spanish word, but Portuguese!! :-D Higos is the correct word. But “Finca Los Higos” doesn’t quite sound right, so we decided it needed to change. From the moment we started working on this place, EVERY SINGLE PERSON that visited the property said “Wow, Mucho Trabajo”!! And well, it has been (and still is)! Therefore we decided to call our place ¡MUCHO! . ¡MUCHO! to us means getting everything you can out of life and spending as much as time as possible with people you love. This may mean a lot of work to start with, but if you set your mind to it you can do anything you want. What can you expect? We are happy to introduce you to our local wines. From strong red Monastrells, to surprising whites and exciting rose wines. We offer wine tasting menus with only the best wines from different bodegas. They are paired with delicious tapas, local cheeses and olive oils. On top of that, we serve amazing Gin-Tonics and refreshing cocktails and smoothies. All hand-made, with fresh fruits and herbs and served beautifully. Do you have something to celebrate?
